Welcome to The Green Way!

I am SO EXCITED that you have chosen to go on this journey together. To start eating (and living) in a way that's in alignment with your body, mind, soul, AND planet! As you might have already heard, there is no Planet B. So we can no longer afford to separate ourselves from nature and the environment since we are very much A PART of it.

The Green Way is a self-paced course that will teach you how to eat healthy and sustainably in a simple way. The course is divided into 3 different levels so that you can practice and take your time with each one.

  • Level one will include things that you can implement immediately the very next time that you go do your groceries. It will set you up to start shopping in a smart way. So that you are ready for an amazing week of nourishing and good-for-you options.
  • For level two, we will dive into 5 different ways to think outside the box. These tips take a little extra time, but go very much hand-in-hand with level one.
  • Level three is about taking our journey together to the next level. It includes the main way to practice both - amazing nutrition while being sustainable and responsible with the environment. This level will make ALL the difference and is a game-changer!

The Green Way is designed to plant some seeds and give you helpful, simple tips and tools for you to navigate these waters in a smooth way. I know that when it comes to the environment, there's so much to be done. But this thought can be very overwhelming and even paralyzing. So take it one step at a time and just always do your best!
