But we can't talk about healthy eating, without also talking about eating (and living) in a sustainable way.

We get the nutrients that our bodies need not only to survive, but to live well, from food and water. Our food and water comes from the environment - nature. In order for us to continue to have a steady flow of fuel (food), we need to make sure that we protect it. Because let's face it, nature is our biggest treasure. Without food, water, and air, we simply cease to exist. Think about that. And global warming and climate change are a big threat to our very existence in this planet. Which is why it's so important for all of us to do our part.
The Green Way is all about eating in a way that is good for your body AND the planet. Because it is our responsibility to equally take care of both!
