The key in succeeding when it comes to healthy eating is cooking your own meals. Stop relying on others to make the decision of what goes into your body for you. This program will empower you to nourish your body in the best possible way, with fresh and wholesome ingredients. You don't have to know much about cooking, because I am the queen of keeping it simple when it comes to the kitchen.
This program will set you up for healthy eating success with recipes and a step-by-step guide to help you get organized. You'll have access to weekly menu planning templates to make this a smooth and painless process. The thinking has been done for you, so you can focus on the delicious part of nutrition.
Since you can't leave out movement and mindfulness when talking about your health, Twenty-Twenty You also includes weekly workouts created by our very own talented personal trainer Erik Burian. Erik focuses on working out in a way that feels right for your body and that doesn't require any fancy equipment.

Last but not least, every week you'll get to practice a different type of meditation. So you can figure out what you enjoy and works for you.
